    hi,,Friends of Sunset Park..i am Teaching my kid to ride the scooter and riding one along with him allows the parents also to have quality time with children...

      Dear "kids scooter"- Please understand that the NYPD guidelines only refer to motorized scooters that, although they have pedals, can also be operated exclusively with battery power and w/o pedal-assist. R u referring to these?
