UPDATE- As it happened, District 15's CEC met at 6 pm (not 7 pm) to vote on the proposed zoning plan. Apparently, they sent a "change of meeting time" notice to the district's schools earlier the same day- the schools, in turn, were to notify their constituencies. The proposed plan was unanimously approved, as per comments from those exiting PS 295 at 7 pm.
