What does it say about how our City plans that Summer Programs are notified on May 8th that budgets are being slashed for programs scheduled to start in 7 weeks? If it were April 1, we'd think it was an April Fool's Day prank and we're the Fools. / ¿Que dice esto de como nuestra Ciudad planifica que los Programas de Verano fueron notificados de una reducción de presupuesto el 8 de mayo- solo 7 semanas antes del comienzo de estos programas? Si fuese el 1ro de abril, pensaríamos que era una broma del Día del Tonto (April Fool's Day) y nosotros somos los Tontos.
