Friday, January 11th @ 5 p.m.- Last day to comment about Proposed "Fracking" Regulations for New York State..

In December Governor Cuomo's administration proposed revised rules that could allow fracking to start in New York State within months. Public comments on these regulations are only being accepted until January 11.
